Missing college student Sudiksha Konanki’s devastated parents said they are “coming to terms with the fact that our daughter has drowned.” Meanwhile, at a hearing in the Dominican Republic, Joshua Riibe pleaded with a judge to let him return to the U.S. Riibe is believed to be the last person seen with Konanki before she vanished on March 6.
